What I Would Tell My Younger Self

  1. Be happy. Prioritize being and feeling joyful, or at least content. There is no use to worry so much. Things will be good. There is no reason to fear or play it too safe and cowardly, you’ll be ok. Explore. Live. Things will work out fine, have that optimism and trust in yourself; the world will make it seem like there is all doom and gloom all around. Not so. Even in the midst of the deepest winter you can find your happiness.

  2. Meditate

  3. Eat healthy and exercise everyday and sleep well, delete instagram. There is nothing you will remember from 10 years of watching social media, or random videos, so it is best to avoid altogehter. From thousands of unhealthy meals and sugars, there is barely any that you will remember. So… best to avoid them. You can live withou them

  4. Start becoming an expert in machine learning, mathematics, and physics. Read a bit every day. Even if takes you 10 hours to understand a simple equation, it is worth it, what else are you going to do anyway? And over time slowly the expertise will build up. Keep reading those good books in detail, solve some problems. Sit with them everyday for a blocked hour. Even if you forget sometimes, its ok, just revisit. Eventually it will get hardened. Read these things from a book, video content and such is easier to forget. And its most easy to forget if you don’t solve problems.Do these for no-purpose, but just for the sake of doing them, for helping you understand these wonderful tools that humans have built that let us peer into the mechanisms of the universe.

  5. Keep doing philosophy, but also read beyond your core interests.

  6. Keep asking questions, keep thinking about how things work, keep probing.
